We call it a promise, but to us, it means even more than that.

As a client, if you are ever dissatisfied with our services, you are not obligated to pay our fee. You may hear other financial advisory firms start to make this same pledge. But, since this has been our promise for four decades, we suspect that they are trying to follow our lead.

Here’s something else that makes us easy to work with:

As a new client, you will not receive an invoice from us until we’ve already been working together for six months. Even after that, we only send invoices twice a year.
