Fay Bainbridge is the co-founder of JL Bainbridge and has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s growth, culture, and client-first philosophy since its founding. Alongside her husband, Jerry, Fay helped establish the firm more than four decades ago and continues to serve as Secretary and Treasurer.

Fay’s steady leadership, attention to detail, and long-term vision have supported the firm’s evolution into an independent wealth management practice serving families across the country. She has played a vital role in building a close-knit team and ensuring the firm’s disciplined, conservative approach remains consistent as the business has grown.

Fay and Jerry reside on Longboat Key, Florida, and are proud parents of two children and grandparents to three grandchildren. Her dedication to both the firm and the families it serves continues to be a cornerstone of JL Bainbridge’s success.
