Yocasta Bauer supports JL Bainbridge as both Office Manager and a key member of the Client Services team, helping ensure the firm operates smoothly while creating a welcoming, well-organized environment for clients and colleagues alike. She plays an important role in client onboarding, day-to-day service support, and internal coordination, always with a focus on building strong, lasting relationships.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Yocasta moved to Sarasota after living in Providence, Rhode Island, and Philadelphia. She brings experience in client services, sales, office management, and marketing support, along with a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. A mother of three, Yocasta, enjoys kayaking and discovering Sarasota’s outdoor dining scene in her free time.
